笔者认为，通过对现金流量表的深入透彻的理论分析和实证研究，能够全面了解和掌握作为企业经营活动血液的现金的来源和运用状况，把企业的经营状况、财务状况、战略管理状况同企业的现金流量紧密的联系起来，同时对于完善传统的财务报表分析体系，防止会计信息失真以及充分发挥现金流量管理在企业管理中的重要作用都有积极意义。
